EDM Global Tech proudly participated in the National OGSE Sustainability Roadmap Workshop, a key initiative organized by the Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) under the Ministry of Economy. The workshop is part of MPRC's ongoing efforts to advance the Oil and Gas Services and Equipment (OGSE) industry in Malaysia towards a greener and more sustainable future.
The National OGSE Industry Blueprint 2021-2030, spearheaded by MPRC, aims to enhance the resilience, competitiveness, and sustainability of OGSE companies as they navigate the challenges of the global energy transition. The National OGSE Sustainability Plan (NOS-P), launched by MPRC in 2022, revealed that while there is increasing awareness, the adoption of sustainability practices among OGSE companies in Malaysia remains relatively low compared to neighboring countries. The workshop provided a platform for EDM Global Tech and other industry players to explore targeted pathways for enhancing sustainability practices in their operations.
